When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem, and feel powerless to create the life we long for.
In this series we will uncover the inner causes of problems and tap into the power of our mind to change our experience.

$10 per class* no pre-registration required, free for Members.

What is a typical class like?
A typical class consists of a gentle relaxation meditation, teaching, discussion, and concluding meditation. The meditations are guided and are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Each class is self contained, so feel free to drop in at any time!
