Class Description
We all have a limitless potential to perfect our good qualities and overcome our shortcomings and mistakes. But through incorrectly identifying with our faults we often feel discouraged, depressed and overwhelmed.
Although it is important to recognize our faults in order to progress beyond them, we must learn our faults are the faults of delusions, distorted negative states of mind that make us unpeaceful adn uncontrolled, not ourself.
Using this understanding we can free our self of feelings of guilt and inadequacy and discover our indestructible potential to improve for the benefit of others.

What is a typical class like?
A typical class consists of a gentle relaxation meditation, teaching, discussion and concluding meditation. The meditations are guided and are suitable for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Each class is self contained, so feel free to drop in at any time!
