Description
Make time in the middle of your day to start fresh with some positive resolutions and peaceful states of mind. Each class will include a guided basic breathing meditation, a brief teaching and a second meditation based upon the teaching.

Class Fee*
$5 per class plus an additional $5 for lunch [lunch is optional]. No pre-registration required. Anyone can become a Monthly Member at KMC Florida and attend unlimited GP classes. Please visit our Monthly Propgrams Page for more information.
