The Foundation Program (FP)
Monday Night FP
KMC Florida offers structured study programs for people interested in a more in-depth study of Buddha’s teachings. In the Foundation Program students have a chance to study, receive teachings, share their experiences in paired group discussion, and apply meditation practices of an authentic lineage in their daily life.
Through consistent study and meditation we will reach the point where we can transform any situation, however unpleasant, into a positive experience and an opportunity to make progress in our spiritual development.
In our new FP we will study the book Eight Steps to Happiness: the Buddhist way of loving kindness. The program begins with an Introductory Class open to everyone Monday March 2nd at 7pm. Those interested in joining FP may attend two classes at which point they can enroll to complete a course of study.
