Spiritual Journey

seeing ourself as a traveler

January 2 & 3
with Resident Teacher Gen Demo

Course Description
Buddha explained that the birth and death of this life are not the outer most boundaries of our existence. Based on this understanding we come to see ourselves as travelers bound for future places and take an interest in preparing for our upcoming journey.

In this special weekend retreat we will engage in a series of meditations on our precious human life, death & impermanence, refuge, and karma. These will inspire and energize us to make life meaningful.

These special meditations are part of the Lamrim, or Stages of the Path to Enlightenment. This weekend retreat will be part one of a three weekend retreat series on Lamrim.
