KMC Florida in Sarasota offers a Dharma for Kids Meditation Program in conjunction with the Meditation & Prayers for World Peace for adults at 10-11:30am every Sunday.
This meditation program for children will give the opportunity for parents and children to learn to meditate together.
While the children's class meets in it's own room, parents will be able to learn and practice meditation in the main meditation room.
Each week, we share a short meditation, a brief teaching, chanted prayers, and a creative art project. We emphasize loving kindness towards others and the cultivation of a peaceful heart.
