Why We Get Angry

Sundays 10:00 - 11:30am at KMC Florida

Anger is destructive state of mind and it afflicts our mind nearly every day. It is a distorted perception that disturbs our mental peace and robs us  of our reason and good sense.

When we are angry we say and do things that we would later regret and sometimes even harm those who we love through our words and actions.

In this series we will examine and uncover the source of our anger so that we can begin to work towards becoming free of this bad mental habit.
