Branch Teachers

Matthew Allen is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. He is a sincere student and volunteer at the Kadampa Meditation Center Florida and a resident at the KMC Florida. He is the branch teacher in Bradenton, Florida and an occasional general program teacher at KMC FL. He is know for his light hearted and friendly presentation of Kadam Dharma.

Mary Allegre is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. She is a longtime student of Kadampa Buddhism and a very dedicated volunteer. She spent time studying at Kadampa Meditation Center New Mexico and later helped organize classes in Milwaukee, WI. She is known for her light hearted nature and teaches Dharma for Kids classes in the Temple.

Mary Bell is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. She is a student on the Foundation Program and a weekly class assistant at the Bradenton branch. She is a warm hearted and dedicated member of the spiritual community and teachers the Dharma for Kids classes in the Temple.

Lyn Fox is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. He is a long time Kadampa Buddhist practitioner and student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and a student on the Teacher Training Program. He is the once a week Foundation Program teacher at the Temple. He spent time as the administrative director of both Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico and of Samudrabhadra Kadampa Buddhist Center in Fort Myers, Florida. He is known for the clarity and heartfelt presentation of Buddha’s teachings.

JD Kelly is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. He is a dedicated student and volunteer at KMC Florida. He teaches quarterly branch classes in Panama City, Florida and Dharma for Kids classes in the Temple. He is known for his kindness and skill in working with children and calm manner presenting Buddha’s teachings.

Victoria Kocher is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. She is a student on the Foundation Program and a weekly volunteer at KMC Florida. She teachers the Dharma for Kids classes in the Temple. She is known for her hands on examples and explanations of Buddhas teachings.

David Sears is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. He has been a sincere student and volunteer at KMC FL for many years. He is a student on the Teacher Training Program and regularly assists weekly meditation classes at the Temple. He is known for his devotion and warm presentation of Buddha’s teachings.

Kelsang Togme is a Kadampa Buddhist monk and resident at KMC FLorida who has been studying in the Foundation Program for many years at KMC Florida. He has a very practical approach to meditation and is appreciated for his loving nature and his committment to be of benefit to others. He also regularly volunteers for the center.

Bill Toriello is known for his joyful and gentle teachings.  He is a resident at KMC Florida and has been studying meditation and Buddhism in the Foundation and Teacher Training Program for many years and started at the Kadampa Temple in Glen Spey, NY.  He has dedicated himself in the service of others by supporting KMC Florida in many ways and in particular as the Treasurer.  His love for meditation and helping others has a positive impact on everyone he meets.

Sandra Tracey is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. She is a longtime student of KMC Florida and Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. She is a sincere and dedicated student and volunteer and teaches Dharma for Kids classes in the Temple. She is known for her kind hearted gentle nature.

Anika Trancik is a Kadampa Buddhist meditation teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center Florida. She has been a Kadampa Buddhist and student of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for 10 years. She is a student on the Teacher Training Program and longtime resident at KMC Florida. She teaches weekly classes in the Temple as well as Dharma for Kids classes. Her teachings are known for their clarity and emphasis on practical application.
