The purpose of meditation is to cultivate those states of mind that are conducive to peace and well-being, and to eradicate those that aren’t.  The meditation practices taught at KMC Florida are practical techniques for training the mind so that we can gradually progress along our spiritual path.

Meditation offers an opportunity to change the way we react to people and difficult situations in our life.  Learn how to feel calm, peaceful and relaxed, no matter what problems are arising. Using simple yet profound techniques, discover how to feel happy and have a positive outlook by gaining more control of your mind through meditation.
