Kadampa Meditation Center offers classes in branch locations in the Sarasota area as well as throughout Florida. Please view the menu on the left to see information on branch locations.

These branches are started at the request of students in the area. If you would like us to offer meditation classes in your area, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your request.

Finding Happiness Inside -
Everyone longs for happiness but don’t always know where to find it. We often search for happiness in external conditions, expecting people and things to be the source of the satisfaction we seek.

In this series we will look at Buddha’s teachings on finding happiness inside in states of mind that are the cause of inner peace. We will engage in meditations to train our mind in the inner causes of fulfillment and discover a lasting source of happiness within our own mind.
