Buddha’s teachings contain special methods to develop and increase our good qualities such as loving kindness, compassion and wisdom and thus increase our inner peace and positivity. In this series we will be introduced to some basic Buddhist concepts using a newly released book by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso called Modern Buddhism.

The Longboat Key Branch is a seasonal branch running from November through February.
