There are few things in life we enjoy more than love, but why does love cause us so much pain? In truth, love can never cause us pain, only our own minds of attachment do this. The mind of attachment is pervasive, yet subtle. Attachment works itself into so aspects of our lives that we don’t even realize how devastating it is. In this meditation series we will learn to identify and recognize attachment, helping us to distinguish it from our minds of love. Ultimately, with a balanced mind of love free from attachment we are able to enjoy a happier, more peaceful life.
