Eight Steps to Happiness
The Buddhist Way of Loving Kindness

with Meditation Teacher Lyn Fox

Enrollment begins March 11th

Mondays 6:30pm – 8:30pm

This inspiring book explains how to meditate on eight beautiful verses that comprise one of Buddhism’s best-loved teachings Eight Verses of Training the Mind. Composed by the great Tibetan Bodhisattva, Geshe Langri Tangpa, this short poem shows how we can transform all life’s difficulties into valuable spiritual insights.  In this book, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso shares this ancient wisdom with all those seeking meaning and lasting happiness in their modern lives.

This program provides excellent conditions to deepen our experience along our spiritual path through study, guided meditation, discussion and practical advice from an experienced teacher.

Program Commitments include:

  • Weekly class attendance
  • study & class discussion
  • participation in KMC FL meditation program
