2013_4 Anger_page-1

Tuesday Evenings @ 7:00pm

The mind of anger takes many forms and has many faces!  Frustration, anxiety, jealousy, these are all minds rooted in anger.
During this nine week series, participants will learn how to identify their anger in all its forms while learning how to apply opponents to these destructive minds.  Buddha’s methods for defeating our minds of anger are both practical and profound.

During this series, participants will be guided through “How to Solve Our Human Problems”, a highly acclaimed book by Buddhist Meditation Master and Spiritual Teacher Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.  Participants who register for the whole series within the first two weeks will receive a free copy.  Supplies are limited, please pre-register!

AmericanDemo1 Buddhist Nun and Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Demo will teach each week and guide students in relevant meditations allowing them to develop a deeper understanding of these vital teachings.  A long time student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, she is a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Her teaching is characterized by its clarity and warmth, in addition to its humor and practicality.
