Sunday Evening Meditation
Join us every Sunday from 6pm to 6:45pm for a relaxing guided meditation. Each week we will cover different topics ranging from the development of compassion to improving our mindfulness and concentration. These meditations are suitable for all levels of experience. Each class will consist of a practical 15 minute teaching followed by a 30 minute guided meditation. Everyone Welcome!
Kelsang Togme is a Kadampa Buddhist monk. With a very practical approach to meditation he is appreciated for his loving nature and his commitment to of benefit others.
Everyone is welcome – $5 suggested donation – No one will be turned away!
